Salon Aura

"Was excited, now just disappointed! I purchased a Groupon for a pedicure with Fran a week ago and just had to cancel it for Groupon bucks instead today. I’ve reached out multiple times via the only contact number provided, a personal cell. When you call the salon directly you just get a message telling you to contact the personal cell to schedule. I’ve left voicemails and even texted the number in hopes for a response. No luck! Finally a week of waiting for a response to my messages and nothing so I try to call and text again and of course no response. This time she opens my text and leaves it on read with no response. I find this to be very unprofessional and rude, especially for a service that’s already been paid for! I’m not saying I should be able to have the service immediately obviously people have schedules to accommodate but the fact that I can’t even get a response to schedule the appointment I already purchased is ridiculous. I feel like I got scammed and would have rather paid the lousy extra 10 bucks the Groupon would have saved to have a kind and professional service and not wait a week for still no response! Waste of time and money!"
