Art Nails

"I will never go there again. I have them benefit if the doubt several times. Place dingy. Dirty. Went for a wax and there was hair on the towel. Their response was to just put paper on top. Got annoyed when I asked for a new towel. Their waxing skills were horrendous. Left wax strips on me and I was peeling them off during my pedicure. Ultimately not completed. Save your money. Go anywhere else."

"This is my second time getting my nails done at Art Nails by Alexandra. She is such a great nail tech. She took her time cleaned up my cuticles. First time she did it I got 4 weeks out of the gel nails that she did. Will be taking my 3 daughters there to get their nails done."

"TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. There were communication issues from the beginning. They could not tell me I had acrylic on. I thought I had dip power but apparently they claimed it was acrylic. I was lucky enough to know Spanish and asked a Hispanic employee to tell me what the problem was as neither Jane nor Lynn, I think was her name, could understand my request to remove all of the old acrylic/dip powder and do a new set. After they finally got it they began removing the so called acrylic (40 minutes into my visit). I was cut during filing and given nothing to clean the wound with. My right pinkie nail is NOT curved that way. I asked for almond shaped several times which was never done. I wanted a design and that was ignored as well until the end when I had enough and just wanted it over with. Attached are the results of 2+ hours of stress, frustration, and plain old annoyance at the TRASH SERVICE AND WORK I received. Total: $40, anger and the most basic set I've had in years. Disappointing is a major understatement."

"I called in advance to schedule appointments for 3 people, when I got there they looked confused as if they were not expecting me. The employees were jumping from person to person without finishing first - it seems they were trying to start on everyone so no one would leave. I had to change my color because they couldn’t find the purest and basic color - white. My daughter got acrylic nails a week ago today and 2 nails broke off. This was my first time here and my last! Would never go there again."
