"They had horrible customer service. They were extremely rude and very rough. They didn’t know how to split cash and card, when I tried to pay they were telling me they couldn’t put the remaining 6 dollars of my bill on my card because they have a 10 dollar limit on cards. Before I could even pay they were demanding a tip even though they cut my foot during my pedicure. I truly liked the way my nails and toes came out but the over experience and customer service was a negative one."

"I'm not the one to do reviews, but for this it was necessary. They are extremely overpriced for poor service. My nails look tremendously horrifying that I had to pay $58 for. Let me add that it was a refill. The place I usually go to was booked but not I know to just wait next time. They tried to charge me 35$ for a gel color change on the toes, not even a pedicure. That is an absurd price just for a color change so I told them to just remove the gel I had. I had 2 girls do my nails, the first one had absolutely no clue what she was doing and they looked terrible. The second girl had to apologize for the work that the first girl did, she was very polite but I am never returning to that place again. I honestly don't understand how this place has reviews of four stars."
