"Blue Lotus is my favorite place for pedicures. My last visit I had Ashley I had a spa pedicure with gel with 2 other friends. I was so rushed my 2 friends got to enjoy and relax. Alex who did my stone massage was Amazing!!!"

"I gave it 2 stars because the way I was treated . I went in for Gel X and did not get offered anything that the surrounding customers were, and my services cost way more just saying . The other nail techs were offering massages and drinks and my nail tech did not say anything to me but the front desk made sure they came over to tell me I had to be charged extra 21$ to remove my set , on top of my 76$ gel x , which is fine I have no problem with paying but at least treat me just as good as the other customers . I let them know it was my first time there. There was a woman next to me also first time and they treated her great, me nobody said a word . The nail tech also cut me on my ring finger and my pinky . Won't go back because I saw the way they treated me. I was thinking maybe they were racist until I read other customers on yelp so I guess they just pick and choose who they want to be nice to that day. Which is crazy because we are all paying customers , and some more than others . I do not reccomend this place my gel x was ok and I got cuts on my fingers . I can take my money elsewhere . I posted cut 1 on my pinky & cut 2 on my ring finger doesn't show that much but it burns . So 97$ plus tip for nail tech and the woman who I had to ask to come give me a quick shoulder massage ."

"I did the chocolate spa pedicure which includes the 10 min massage. They don’t tell you that you’re supposed to tip each person who serves you. I already tipped 20% on my $55 pedicure that has the 10 min foot massage included. Shouldn’t be passing me around to other people. They can split that tip since it’s part of the package. Then had to nerve to tell me to use the ATM. Just like other reviews, they just want your money. Not like they take their time to clean your toes more than any other nail salon."

"Blue Lotus, booked 3 massages for my daughters birthday. They require you pay for all 3 upfront. We all woke up feeling sick overnight. Called first thing to let them know and they say their policy is I forfeit the $290. Totally unreasonable. I could accept 50 percent not all of it As a business owner, needing referrals and return customers this is POOR BUSINESS! I asked the receptionist to give my massage away to someone. I would rather pay for another woman to enjoy theassage than forfeit. They said no! That's never been done before! Gift of giving is not something these business owners recognize. Never going to back to this spa., Unprofessional Spa . Someone needs to educate them that the whole reason women go to these places is to find peace, calmness, refuge they should know this. Never go to Blue Lotus!!!! They just want your money! Grab it and go! Next!"

"This is the only salon I will ever go to. Not only do I love my nails every time I go, I love the staff, the girls at the front and my favorite nail tech Maria. I feel like family when I walk in. It also is a plus that they put so much time and thought into their interior decorating, it’s truly magical. Love you guys so so much!"
