"I came here for my first time a few weeks ago. I came in about a half hour before closing so I was only able to get a regular pedicure. My service was great! Good choice of trendy polish colors, EXTREMELY clean, and did I mention they gave me wine? Lol the atmosphere is super relaxing! I can’t wait to try their spa pedicure next time."
"Customer service is nonexistent. I had a pedicure & a gel manicure. An additional $10 was charged to remove my gel I came in with. Who does that?? The pedicure was awful in that the technician was rough & cut the cuticles too close. The actual color was sloppy & uneven. I noticed this when I got home & called to request it be corrected & was told I would be charged an additional $15 after I spent $85 just a short time before. I asked the manager is this how they treat their clients, she just keep saying additional $15. It seems like they don't care if you're satisfied or not, just the money. I will NEVER return & I suggest you don't give them your business. Go to Reflex on Bridgeport Ave, Shelton"
"My daughter bought me a gift certificate to this spa after much research. As human beings all we want is equality. Of course this is not what I received. My gift certificate entitled me to a manicure, pedicure and a massage. I opted not to use it all at once. I simply wanted a pedicure with gel polish. Christie was the technician assigned to me. At first glance she seemed pleasant and efficient. To my dismay, this was incorrect. Another customer was brought over a chair over from me, she was offered wine, tea, water and coffee. I was offered nothing. She was brought a glass of red wine. Then another patron was brought over to the vacant chair next to me, she was given a bottle of water. Christie asked what kind of pedicure, I advised a gel pedicure. She handed me this folder and advised I should pick from there instead of the folded one that came with my certificate. I chose a honeymoon spa pedicure for $48, to my surprise this does not include your regular pedicure. I have been in the service industry for over 25 years, this had to be one of my worst experiences ever. $82 for a pedicure and she did not even cut my cuticles. $48 to get my feet rubbed and $30 for gel polish. The price is irrelevant, the poor selective service is despicable. I'm sorry my daughter did not know any better. Ana was the masseuse, she was no better. It's unfortunate that such a nice place can be so deceitful and over priced."
"I have been going to salon for about a year. I go to Diana for waxing, regular and gel manicures and Spa pedicures and I am never disappointed. Nail polish always last a long time and is very neat. Diana has a lovey way about her adding to the spa atmosphere. Coffee, tea, water, or wine is offered to clients. I go to Susan (also lovely) for my facials and I feel they are the best I have ever had. I prefer going earlier in the week as the salon is not as busy and you can really enjoy your time there. I appreciate the high level of cleanliness and the use of the autoclave for clean instruments."
"I had a gift card so I went for my first time. Lady at front desk just walked away without saying anything - then a man from the back yelled what you want? I said a pedicure he motioned for me to follow him. He drew the water and pointed for me to sit down. I had to start the massage chair myself, 5 minutes later a guy comes over to start pedicure. Such a rushed pedicure for the price that i would pay at the end. Right as he was about done he asked where do I usually go and I told him...his response was shocking. He said oohh that place CHEAP. I started to say what do you mean when he just left with my gift that I had sitting on the arm of the chair, I followed him he turned on the drying table and pointed for me to sit. He took my gift card to another station and was looking at it and when I asked where my gift card was he said be right there. The gift card was for a pedicure and a 30 minute massage. No massage today because I didn't make an appointment. So he subtracted the price of the pedicure and said you have $40 dollars left. I realize now that he did all this because the massage is now $50 - but when the gift card was purchased it was only $40. So this way when I go back for the massage I guess they gonna expect me to pay the additional $10. This pedicure wasn't anything more than my usual place provides except for the little wax that was put on my heel. (I guess that is what the $15 dollar difference in the price from my Angel Tips pedicure). At Angel Tips they greet you at the door with smiles, they have conversation with you and say thank you as you are leaving. Something that I didn't get here! I won't go back even for that massage they owe me."
