"It was honestly not great. I do not like the use of the Dremel tool repeatedly.to take off gel polish. It kept burning my nail bed and was very uncomfortable. I tell the technician all the time that it bothers me, but she keeps using it. The other technicians have used a different head and it doesn't bother me, but this particular tech and the way she uses the Dremel and the head she chooses are all wrong for me. Also, I noticed that I needed another coat of polish only after I left the salon. I chose a dark color but you can still see daylight through the nail. Lastly, I asked for a 15 minutes shoulder massage and was talked out of it to only do 10 minutes. I thought maybe they were going to have another customer so I obliged, but there was no body else in the salon. Not sure about going back here. And I've been a long time customer."

"The salon is super clean which means a lot to me. I got a pedicure and it was done beautifully and the massage was really great. People either have the touch or they don’t. The gentleman that did my Pedicure had an amazing touch and my nails look great too!"

"I’ve gone to this nail salon quite a few times, I’ve never had any issues with them- they always did a great job. I had stopped going for a month or two because I stopped getting my nails done but I recently went back and it was just not the same. I got dip powder and after two days all my nails on my right hand had chipped- they were nice enough to let me come back and fix them at no charge but then a day or two after that my left hand started chipping and breaking. It’s now been a week and my nails look terrible. All my nails have chipped, broke or the clear coat has come off. My nails look terrible and it’s only been a week. I probably won’t be returning because I can’t justify spending $55 plus tip for my nails to only look the way they do. I also don’t have time to go back every two days to get them fixed. I’m really saddened because I never had any issues but this time it was just not the same."
