"I left a 5 star review a week ago as I was generally impressed with my nails. I get the dip powder and thought it was going well until I saw the end result. They look awful and I don’t even know how to describe it. I didn’t ask for money back and still tipped 20% because I was there for almost 2 hours and felt bad, but much later I’m regretting doing that. My nails are not flat, they were cut/filed much more than I asked, and overall the manicure is awful. I won’t be returning unfortunately"
