"I had a rather disappointing experience at this nail salon. I originally went in for a dip powder manicure, which is supposed to be durable and last for two weeks. However, one of my nails chipped just a few days after the appointment. To be proactive, I called the salon ahead of time to schedule a nail repair for the following day. Everything seemed set. However, when I arrived as scheduled, I was blindsided with the news that the person who initially did my nails wasn't present. Apparently, this meant I couldn't get my nail fixed. This was a huge inconvenience and showed a severe lack of consistency and professionalism on their part. When I returned to the salon to have the chipped nail fixed, I was surprised to hear the staff claim that dip powder nails only last 2-3 days at most. This contradicts what I've come to expect from this type of manicure, and it left me feeling misled. And if that wasn't bad enough, the situation took a turn for the worse when I explained that I didn't have cash on me and needed to pay with my card. When I wanted to pay for the nail repair, they hit me with a $10 minimum card payment requirement.I made it clear that I would only pay for the nail repair—nothing more. In hindsight, I should have paid more attention to the below-average ratings this salon has received. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking nail services."

"My gel nail refill which they charged me full service to start with , came off with in 3-4 days when I went to get it fixed they charged me again and did not match rest of the nails They were very rude and ganged up on me as if it was my mistake . No customer courtesy whatsoever!!"

"Decent little spot to get your nails done. The staff were friendly and did a nice job. No extra charge for a nail design for my 10 year old. It was actually a little less expensive than I am used to paying, which surprised me since it's in the mall. $50 for a standard pedi and gel mani. Mani held up pretty well for about 2 weeks. Would go again if I was in the mall."

"I would recommend going anywhere except here. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got a gel refill (which they charged me $52 when it is normally $45) and in 2 days the paint started flaking off. When I went back 2 days after it was done and showed them they said they had no idea why and said they would fix it. They fixed it then asked me for $20... So all in all, a $45 refill ended up, including tips, to cost $75. That is insane.."
