"Customer service at the beginning of my appointment was very poor. Thankfully my nail tech switched out and I had a new one who was much better. The entire experience I would say 5/10 due to the vibes in the beginning. Just very apprehensive and uncomfortable for my friend and I who were in multiple services and willing to spend money there."

"I don't write many reviews, but I felt that this place deserved a shout out for excellent work and a professional atmosphere. I moved out to Honey Brook about three years ago and I had been going into Philly to get my nails done because, let's face it, once you find a good nail place you are wary to try a new one. Driving out to Philly became unsustainable, so I finally caved and decided to give this salon a try after reading the great reviews. I was 15 minutes late, and they were still able to accommodate me. They did change my appointment from a regular pedicure to an express pedicure, but I did not feel like I missed out on anything, honestly making me curious to try the regular pedicure next time, given the quality of the express one! The place was clean, and I was offered a drink upon arrival which really helped me relax during a very hectic day. My nail technician, Jessica, did an excellent job! My nails are pretty short and I've had a hard time finding a technician that can still make them look good. But Jessica was undaunted and did a flawless job. She even took the time to mix two gel colors together for my hands to help match the color I chose for my toes. This will be my new salon of choice!"

"Great service and atmosphere but my gel nails only lasted one day! I had a party the next day and 4 nails already peeled off! I get gel nails and SNS nails regularly from other locations and my nails never chip or peel for three weeks or more! Kind of disappointed because I thought this place would be a great regular spot!"
