"We held my Dad's retirement party here, and could not have made a better choice. Mike was fantastic at coordinating the event. Any question we had, or accommodation that we wanted, they were extremely flexible for all of our needs. Steph and the staff were outstanding; the food was great, and the service was superb. Everyone was very cooperative and showed genuine hospitality. If I were looking to book a venue for an event in New London County, Filomena's would be at the very top of my list!"

"Just hosted an event for College Homecoming and our class was super happy and impressed with everything. The venue was large and comfy allowing everyone to eat but comfortably mingle. Banquet room being next to the bar area was also very convenient. Food was delicious and appreciated the ease of having a catering menu that was easy to choose from, tasty, and reasonably priced! Staff were very attentive throughout the night. All in all, a fantastic place to host an event of any size and will most certainly be back!"

"I went here to meet a friend visiting from out of state. I hadn't been before. There was a band playing outside and dancing which was a blast. We sat at the picnic tables outside. Unfortunately, my spot was in a puddle which was uncomfortable. I would have moved but I wanted to sit near my friend. I ordered a white, cranberry sangria . I would have preferred red but it was okay. For dinner I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with tomato, provolone ,red onion, and a jalapeno aoli. It was very tasty but instead of the aoli, it had some kind of mustard. Disappointing. I did enjoy the sandwich, however. I didn't go into the restaurant itself but I would like to some time. It was definitely a fun time and I hope to go back again."

"The waiter/ bartender was a very very friendly guy. Greeted us and served us everything in a timely manner. The sausage sandwich was delicious. I’ll be back for another one someday! Shrimp cocktail was delicious as well! Nice little place to stop in for a quick bite or drink"
