"The last few times I have been here the fries are old and cold. Today the fries were old mixed in with a few fresh hot fries. Also my husbands burger had mayo on it and he asked for no mayo. Really the fries are why made me mad and it’s not just once. I come every few weeks to once a month. Also when we cashed out no one told us the wings were going to take 15 minutes. If we were told that we would have asked for them to come out first. Completely disappointing. This is at least the third time I have had the fry issue. No one wants to pay almost $40 for food when their fries are cold. So finally the wings come out, we had no idea they came with fries and guess what old fries agin. I told the worker they were old and she chuckled. I’m thinking I won’t be back. Their is also a manager sitting in one of the back tables. I am writing this as I sit here in smash burger. Yeah definitely won’t be back."
