"The food here is good but there’s been a few times where they always mess up the order, I ask for half cheese and half pepperoni and when I come to open the box it’s only pepperoni"

"Ordered a delivery that was late because they had the wrong address. They probably misheard, and as we are humans, we accept everyone makes mistakes. The pizza was superb, and the base better than Domino's. The delivery lady was very apologetic and pleasant. She deserved her tip because once phone contact was made, she was talked through the directions. Her manner and politeness made up for the long wait. I would definitely order again because it was so delicious. Now they also have on record our correct address."

"I want to say thank you for the 2 gentlemen working tonight. There was a miscommunication with delivery vs pickup I guess online, which happens, we’re all human, I might’ve even made the mistake when I ordered… so even though I was confused, accidents happen, no big deal. I went to pickup and they noticed I was there and the very nice lady was making my delivery. They quickly called to let her know to come back, which she did also very quickly and I got my still warm pizza back for my family. I don’t do reviews much, but the graciousness everyone had and also the accommodations they had made to “right” a simple “wrong” really rang true to me and it was very appreciated. They all were Very kind and went above and beyond!!"

"Don’t go here. Messed up our first pizza completely. Was crumpled like paper. Picture below is the second pizza that was delivered in place. Half of its clearly ruined. Instead of apologizing or helping with a discount they hung up on three of us and the manager called one other from my party to deliver a nasty message. Don’t come unless you expect bad customer service and rude owners. Spread the word and make sure you don’t waste time here. Will never go again. No discounts or refunds given. Owner called himself to say he won’t help or send another one. Instead called and said since the box was open in front of the driver and we complained that it was ruined we couldn’t have another"

"First I have to say thank you for coming to where I'm staying at. But why a 4 star rating? Come to find out the store price (called them) vs the app/webpage are not honored. Meaning I ordered a bacon pizza and soda and it came to $23! But when I went online, I could get 2 pizzas for less! So that's why I gave them 4 stars. Other then that, food is always hot and fresh when it gets here. Those peppercinis, oh boy! Are those good!"
