"When Pigs Fly is a great breakfast location offering new breakfast specials every week and they have a Coffee Bar! Yup unlimited pour your own coffee buffet. Special pancakes and french toast are my go-to they bake the French toast breads in house and usually have seasonal flavors. Must try if you are in the area they also have a sister restaurant in Mystic, Connecticut named “Somewhere In Time cafe” if that's closer to your stay. Be prepared to wait in lines on the weekend. This place is very popular with the locals. But overall great breakfast"

"Great taste, cheap prices, excellent service. Had the breakfast burrito which was amazing. Very tasty and a big portion for only $12. Service was fast. Waiter was friendly, and had helpful but not pushy suggestions. It’s a smaller place, so we had to wait 10 minutes for a seat on a Sunday around 11am, but they have self serve coffee with a variety of flavors for you while you wait which is a great idea. Was visiting from Long Island, NY and this was a great stop on our way out of Mystic, CT."

"The garlic hash browns are to die for! In fact everything we ordered - pancakes, omelets, sample platter - was absolutely delicious! The coffee and the apple cider were also amazing, hot and fresh. Service was friendly and quick. Prices are also very reasonable. Definitely a place to visit. And revisit!"

"I had to go with the bacon/chocolate chip pancakes with peanut butter sauce and I'm so glad I did! Coffee was hot and fresh. Every employee we interacted with was so pleasant. All the decorations are adorable."

"I came here with my boyfriend’s for breakfast. Was greeted as soon as we came in and was allowed to be seated where we wanted. Our host was very attentive, and patient with us, as we decided what we wanted to eat. The pictures speak for themselves. The food came out amazing there was nothing wrong with any of our orders. My only comment is that the French toast could’ve used more cinnamon."
