I had never been in before and she went out of her way to explain everything and give the top recommendations that she noticed people enjoy. The salad she made was beautiful and then she checked in to make sure I enjoyed it. She just so needs to be recognized for how wonderful she is with customers. Besides the food being delicious- I'd come back just to see her."

"Not just a salad. I just received the best hospitality I have ever received at any "fast casual" establishment in my entire life. Who would have thought one could have an uplifting experience ordering a salad. Each and every staff member was beyond friendly and welcoming. However, a special thank you and "shout-out" to Jahlani or "Jay", who guided me through my custom salad creation like a sherpa guiding climbers to the top of Bear Mountain, like Moses guiding the Jews through the desert, like a coach teaching the quarterback through their progressions. Honestly this salad could have been terrible and I wouldn't have cared because of the great experience alone. Yet It's 3:41 PM on a Thursday and the vegetables are fresh, the chicken was tender, and the dressing was laid on just right. That's a bingo."

"Chopt in Glastonbury is an excellent salad and warm bowl casual restaurant. First time at this location. Been to several locations in New York. The ambiance and cleanliness. Five star It’s nicely designed with modern touches and very clean. It’s located near the Whole Foods which is very convenient and central. Got the Greek salad, customized it with the dressing. It was pretty good. Some of the secondary vegetables were not as fresh as I usually like but they’re still pretty decent. The lady at the counter was super nice and very helpful. Had a lot of questions and she was able to guide me. Will definitely be back."

"Some of the best salads I’ve ever had! This was my first visit to a Chopt location and I am seriously impressed. We had the Heart of Palm and Santa Fe salads, and what impressed me the most was the effort to include layers of ingredients throughout the salad so you aren’t left with just lettuce after finishing the top. The bowl was huge, and I was so happy when I kept finding my favorite things, like tomatoes, chicken, or avocado, as I made my way towards the bottom. The wrap was delicious as well! Next time I’m going to try the lemon tahini dressing I saw on their board. Their variety is awesome, and Chopt has a beautiful space to sit and relax too."
