"Hosted a birthday dinner for the husband last night and everything was absolutely exceptional. From the space, to the service, to the quality of the food, everything was absolutely top notch. Shout out to our server Pam who handled 20+ of us without missing a single beat. Worth of even more than 5 stars!"

"Met friends for dinner and decided on 2 Hopewell. The atmosphere is nice and homey, though a little too dark with the blinds drawn. We were greeted and seated quickly. They offered a couple of specials that night, but we ordered off the menu. We all tried something different: The Short Rib (a large portion was fat and the sauce was a little too sweet) , Scallops ( 4 small) were cooked nicely, Ahi Tuna was on the thicker side and rare and then burger (no explanation needed) . All entrees, for the most part, were very good. We asked about a few of the menu items preparations / ingredients and the waitress said "I don't know". She also didn't offer to ask the chef either. Her face told the story, so we went with another selection. That was diaspointing since maybe we would have tried something different if her attitude was better about it. All in all, it was good. Not sure if we'd rush back as the menu is somewhat small."

"I tried there caprese flatbread, farro bowl and veg terrine. The food was delicious and portion size was great. For drinks tried darungo cocktail which was good as well. Food is pricey though. Ambiance was nice except for the loud crowd"

"I had been wanting to try 2 Hopewell for a while and yesterday was a bit disappointed. While our server was great, the food quality and price really weren’t. Firstly, $4 for a regular coffee in an Irish coffee cup is deplorable. It’s not even flavored coffee. The most that should have been was $2. If that. I decided to get a wedge salad, which arrived DRENCHED in dressing. I mean DRENCHED. I literally had to choke it down, and wasn’t sending it back, but was very disappointed with it, because I’m sure if it were made correctly, it would have been good. The focaccia was amazing though, and I would highly recommend it."
