"Tried the burger and sirloin sandwich. Bread was fresh baked, soft on the inside and slightly crusty for a nice crunch. Sirloin was tender, easy to eat and had great flavor. Had a couple of the drinks is off the menu. Blueberry Margarita, Red Rose, and Blackberry Blitz. All tasty. Service was great. Very attentive. Definitely coming back."
"I could not be happier with my Lunch at the soft opening of the New Butcher Bros Steakhouse. It was still under construction in some of the back rooms, although, the rooms that are finished are pure class and beauty. I ate in the bar area, I got a side dinner salad with their house vinegarette, perfection, I would drink it if I could. I then had the USDA Pime Dry Aged Sirloin Steak Sandwich with pickled red onions, arugula, and garlic aioli, served with steak fries. I ate one half as served and was beyond satisfied, the steak was high quality and cooked perfectly. The second half, I added some of their house made steak sauce, and that half melted in my mouth. I'm impressed. The steak fries were served tan, krinkly, and crisp. If you haven't figured it out, yes, I recommend."
