"WORST CHIPOTLE IN CONNECTICUT. i love Chipotle and this is the one close to me. This Chipotle is always out of SOMETHING. And they look at you like you’re crazy for speaking out about it but, it’s absolutely unbelievable. I understand stuff happens but 9/10 times i go theyre out of something. They will make white rice and won’t put the cilantro and lime. SO LAZY. I went there an hour and a half before closing and they had one crusty scoop of chicken and really tried to give it to me. Please get it together"

"I only go to the Shelton Chipotle if I have to. Theres to many young people who clearly show that they don't have any work ethic. Walking in there it seemed okay. As we ordered the kid slopped our food into our bowls. Not only that the line where the food was, was absolutely disgusting and hadn't been cleaned. We paid and went to go sit down. Almost every table was dirty. And the trash cans were beyond full. As we ate there I was observing the employees and they literally just stood there talking and not one of them initiated cleaning the restaurant. I was there for 45 mins in total and was disappointed in their work ethic. If I was their manager I would be livid in the laziness. It's clear that management doesnt care how their restaurant looks. I will not be going back because it's the same song and dance every time we go to this location only."

"THEY ARE ALWAYS DISGUSTING!!! Always dirty! I asked the young lady to wipe the table where I was sitting with my kids, and she did but left all other areas dirty, unsanitary and just filthy! While their are plenty of workers present. HIRE cleaning staff!"

"I can’t believe I spent $15 here the service was terrible I asked the cashier to tell the guy who was making my bowl not a lot of rice she looked directly at me heard what I said look towards him and did not relay what I was saying they were out of majority of the items that should be at the serving station so the boy had to go to the station where they make Uber eats orders to complete my order. I have a entire bowl of rice a pinch of lettuce and a pinch of steak I also added a small drink when I got my cup to fill at the station of drinks there was nothing in the lemonade containers lazy is a understatement unorganized is a compliment. This isn’t the first time here and both times it’s the same outcome . Please hire experienced old people to attend to these young. Very displeased won’t be returning"

"I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken, a burrito with extra chicken and a large queso dip and nachos. BUT what I received was a rice bowl with rice and lettuce and nothing else, a burrito with a few pieces of chicken and they completely forgot the large queso and chips. Real A team working here. This costs me $62. It's 9:27 so my husband and I don't even have dinner to eat."
