"My delivery driver, after taking 45 minutes to deliver from nearby, called me and told me to come out to the street to get my pizza as he refused to get out of his car. He claimed it was "store policy" (which it has never been for any past order). The pizza was cold and hard. I had ordered from his store in in the past but not for the past 6-12 months and it's obviously gone horribly downhill. Don't order from this location."
