"We tried this place on Sunday for breakfast and it was terrific! We always like to try a local small business and found this place to be among the best breakfast in Shelton. Everything is made to order. Hot and fresh. I ordered the cheese omelet. It came with homefries and toast. I like to try this first because I find it a good judge of how greasy the other dishes would be. It was great! Not greasy. The home fries were like my grandmother made them. Hot and not over powered by onion. Much better than you would get at say Duchess. My fiancee got the meat lovers omelet. It was delicious. Had all the breakfast meats in it. We took home 2 orders of french toast with bacon. Sweet and well cooked. Much better than most. Not burnt or soggy. This place is a small gem in Huntington. Please do not overlook. You can also call in an order and it is ready when you arrive to pick it up. We will be back to try lunch! Friendly and fresh!"
