"I placed an order through slice for a large pizza and a garlic bread with cheese. I asked for the bread to be WELL-DONE. When it arrived it was anything but. I reached out to customer service, they in turn needed to call the restaurant directly. The representative spoke with the manager of Artans, who said that this is well done and if I wanted it cooked more I should've asked for "crispy". At least the pizza was edible."
