"You know this place is not bad for the price only the stairs and hallway need redone.i also see a few people complain about roaches if all the tenants do there part in keeping their area clean then you would see this you have clean and unclean they always send notice out to spay or whatever they have to do . So stop complaining keep the place clean. It's the people not the building"

"Hallways are unsanitary and usually smell. Trash bins outside are always overflowing leading to trash on the floor and all over the parking lot. Lots of skunks and possums around due to the trash. Windows and doors are old and let in a substantial amount of cold air which will result in a high light bill for the units at their 61 building. Maintenance does make shift fixes. Had water damage done to my ceiling and closet due to a water pipe from the apartment upstairs and all they did was paint the section of the ceiling to hide the water spot but left the mold that developed in the closet. Even after being notified about the mold which is bad for your respiratory system, nothing was done. Lastly, I ended up having to move out due to roach infestation."

"I was told there was no pest problem and was lied to after asking multiple times before renting. I'm highly upset and disgusted. I was embarrassed when i had company and a roach came crawling on the wall and my guest was creeped out. I for one never lived having to deal with roaches this is ridiculous!"
