"Been living here for over 6 years, this place has changed and went to the dogs, if nobody believes me just take a walk around the area without telling the office your coming, if the owner says he/she coming they give the place the best treatment, Owner needs to see it for what it really is frfr not good , not good at all"

"A major issue everyone seems to just ignore in this neighborhood is the kids behavior. They basically do whatever they want. They constantly fight, disrespect adults and other apartments, BANG on doors, yell into windows, and the list goes on. I don't feel safe letting my daughter play outside, not that she wants to anymore. Parents just do not care anymore until it's their kid that's coming home with a black eye."

About the reset fixing the apts. Especially the laundry room. Fix kitchen and bathroom. Some apts need painting. Some people lived their years."

"Been on the “Waiting list” for the past 8 going on probably 9 years. Never got a call back or anything. & EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve spoken to someone they say I’m not on anything to be found. I was a given the number 7 almost 9 years ago & I’m probably still number 7 & no one knows anything about my paperwork. Smh."

"My mother has lived at this place for over thirty years. Once upon a time this place was run strict and the Police cruisers would drive through every night to make sure things were ok. Slowly with different managers managing the place it all started going down hill. The worst being the last three years or so when a tenant moved next door. The constant noise that would keep my mom awoke was just insane. Complaints to the sorry staff at the office fell on deaf ears including letters we’ve written three to be exact over time. They acted like my mom was the culprit and didn’t want to inform the tenant of her and her man and whomever would keep that surround sound on playing videos how they were disturbing her and to stop all noises after 10 pm as it’s stated in the lease. My mom has since moved and anybody with common sense stay away from living in that dump for that’s what it’s turned to, lazy maintenance who made sure they never cleaned the yards in the back where the parking lot is. This might’ve been done on purpose because mom complained how the trash was never picked off the grounds. Since the complex is catering to section 8 I can only pray for those who’ve lived there as long or longer than my mom. A bunch of incompetent people running the place what a shame. Police don’t even drive through the way they did in the past because seeing what’s moving in the place they care less of what will happen and the past shootings that’s happened. I’m so happy my mom has moved and I don’t ever need to talk to the sorry bunch who’s managing the place."
