"My brother alexis Rodriguez and I did an application at this place they had the application there for 30days when my brother called they said that his application was never there when he said that he was going to call the place where he did the money order at she looked and found the application now she saying that she sent the application to her higher up to wait til Monday we been waiting 30days this place is not responsible when people bring them an application for an apartment now after they send a letter saying no they don't know how to do a job and they said no to the money back"
"If I could give no stars I would. This place is FILTHY. They own multiple properties including 23 Chapman Street in East Hartford and it’s nothing but issues. There’s a very bad mold problem, when you call all you get is the run around, no body calls back, nobody responds. They have no desire to provide a clean living space but want rent and will try to evict you. The health dept. needs to have this corporation shut down because they don’t care about their properties at all. I find it funny how it’s always a listing about rental openings but no one can ever respond to you regarding maintenance issues. Save yourself the trouble these other ppl with lengthy bad reviews are telling nothing but the truth."
"Definitely squirrels or rats in the ceilings running and scratching day and night which is super loud and disturbing"
"I could not wait for my 1 year lease to be up. This is one of the worse properties I ever rented from. The service is terrible. The lady promised new countertops and a replacement leg under my bathroom sink . I never received anything despite the times I asked about it. The laundry room is always filthy. For the last 5 months of my lease there was a squirrel infestation In the roofing in my building . The squirrels busted through the ceiling leaving holes in my ceiling. I could here loud squeals, running ,and scratching noises at all times of the day. I wish I would have looked else where before moving in . Please only move here if it's your last resort!"
"When I met the ladies in the office and saw how they are and how they work I thought I could definitely make this work for me, especially since I was moving away from a 6 year relationship and across the state for a job that I love. The first 5 months were fine, no issues with any of my neighbors or with my apartment itself. Then I left for a weekend and came home to a gaping, moldy hole in my bathroom ceiling that took the answering service, office staff and maintenance staff 5 WEEKS to fix. FIVE. WEEKS. I took photos and spoke with everyone except Peacock Associates (who own the property) and it took five weeks. Fast forward 3 weeks and here we are, all the folks in my building having boiler issues which means intermittent heat and hot water going on a week. I've taken my fourth cold shower today for the week and it was the answering service who told me we are having boiler issues, NOT the staff. I am sure that if my rent was late there would be a notice in my door by the 11th yet no one could let us know what to expect so we could plan for it?? I find that super hard to believe. Not going to be renewing my lease with them come February 2017."
