"I lived at Parkview Apartments in 2016-2017, I would say the apartments are OK. The area is a nice location, however living near the avenue I wouldn't recommend for young children. The pros of living here: affordable living; office manager was nice; apartments kept clean; I enjoyed my "fake" brick walls in my one bedroom apartment on the first floor; clean laundry area; and assigned storage. The cons were: they will take what they can from your security, for example, they toke $200 for the carpet that had food stains as I had a 1.5 year old child; leaking bathroom ceiling from neighbor upstairs; you have to pay for any extermination for insects; parking is predominately off the street and not assigned which kind of sucks."
