"I lived at the NV for 3.5 years. Over that time, my rent was increased 25% without any explanation. BLT apparently has an "algorithm", for generating their rates and the leasing staff were not helpful in providing any tangible information for the increases. BLT does not value their residents. Also during that time, the elevators would routinely stop working. Same with the garage door, which is a safety concern, especially when you have children. They had "security" watching the door, which was really someone sitting in their car using their phone. This is not luxury living. There was also minimal regulation around who goes into the pool area - and even less enforcement. While there are key fobs needed to enter the area, people easily sneak large groups of people in. And the type of people that do that, typically do not care about rules or respect their fellow tenants. Joel in maintenance was the only bright spot. Dude was quick to fix stuff. If you are considering any BLT property, just know that you are just a number and they do not care about you long-term."

"My partner and I have lived in the building for over a month now and so far we have truly enjoyed it. The management team was very welcoming and responsive when we moved in. Shoutout to Dario! The property is well maintained and very clean. We got lucky with an apartment that has a large patio space and we love sitting out there morning and night. It’s very quiet and peaceful here and everyone in the building is really respectful. This summer we have loved going to the pool. I would definitely recommend living here!"

"I have lived at NV for six months. It is the most well managed building I have ever lived in! When I moved in, a new management team took over at the same time. They inherited a lot of problems from the previous team that they had to clean up. They had to deal not only with a “mess” that was left for them but also with disgruntled residents. They got right on the issues, and in a very short time, the building was running smoothly and competently. The star of the team was and is Dario Torregiani! Although new to management, he handled upset people and difficult issues with grace, compassion, and competency. You know when Dario is on a problem, it will be resolved efficiently and quickly, and he will not leave you in the dark; he will keep you in the loop. He thinks outside the box, if necessary, his people skills are amazing, and he goes above and beyond to solve your problem and make you happy. Dario is absolutely upper management material! I read one person’s experience with someone at the reception/concierge desk. There has been a lot of turn over at that desk. It is my understanding that the concierge are not employees of BLT. Instead, they are outsourced; thus, the building’s management team do not have authority over them. Nevertheless, my experience with all of them has been extremely pleasant."

Since the arrival of Jessica as our new manager, the building has undergone a major overhaul in both everyday efficiency and the positive vibes that are permeating the property. It’s a pleasure to live here and have a great group of dedicated people ensuring that the tenants and our constant requests are attended to in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. From the concierge to the maintenance group that work behind the scenes to keep the building sparkling, to Dario in the Leasing Office, BLT has shown that they will bring the right pros in to help keep NV a hidden gem at Harbor Point. "I've enjoyed my time as a resident here. The staff is cool and they fix things fast. If you're single it's best to live here and the harbor is Beautiful to walk at night. This place is Definitely worth the higher end price point. I enjoyed the place as I chose it over living in Manhattan for 2 reasons (Piece of mind.) and (Higher quality of living.)"
