75 Tresser

"I am convinced the past few reviews have been left by 75 Tresser. Beth is a HORRIBLE property manager! She is extremely unprofessional and bias. Things have only gotten worse since she has gotten here. This apartment is a complete joke . The noise, the carpets in the hallway are a mess, garbage rooms filthy. For the prices that are paid for rent the conditions here are deplorable. If I could give less than 1 star I WOULD!!!!!!!!!"

"The management team at 75 Tresser is absolutely amazing! Beth Goldberg (with her over 20 years of residential management experience) and her team has really turned this place around in the last year. The 75 Tresser management team has really returned the focus back maintaining the interior and exterior of the property as well as promptly and effectively addressing tenant issues as they arise. I recently renewed my lease (now in my 4th year). I agree with the other posts that 75 Tresser is in the HUB, close to restaurants, shopping, and steps away from Metro-North. I am exceptionally impressed with the apartment and the apartment. My hope is that the owners of this complex keep this management team here for many years to come!"

"Amazing luxury apartments and friendly service their that’s provided by the leasing office agents, also very close the the downtown area with many local restaurants and mall shopping area, parking garage for residents and retailers usage."

"The noise is atrocious. You have ppl living above you that stomp, drop things, vacuum, sounds like they are running a marathon above your head all hours of the night. You complain when it’s eventually addressed. It’s ok for a bit, then they start the same behavior all over again. No consideration for the ppl below them. They actually get vindictive with their behavior .. this is no way to live when you have to get up early for work, or when you have a young child in the apartment that has to get up for school the next day."
