Clean, quiet, and comfortable apartments, well-maintained grounds, and close proximity to highway, air, rail, and ferry make this a convenient place to call home!"

"Office staff are super helpful and friendly. On-site laundry is convenient and safe with a well-lit entrance that is centrally located and a locked door that is accessed with your personal proximity keychain. Have not met any maintenance staff personally but have had them come in my unit once or twice for some minor maintenance issues and they did a great job and I don't have any complaints there. The "standard" units are a little dated but in good condition. Electric costs are super low but can get high when running the dated air conditioning units during the summer months. All the neighbors in my building are quiet, friendly, and don't cause any issues."
