"Everything was great room was clean and the breakfast in morning was great selection"

"Only reason I didn't go with five stars is the elevators are sketchy. One didn't work and the other is extremely slow and shakes bad. I will say the staff is great. Also, they were very pet friendly."

"Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of food choices. The staff was very friendly upon arriving. The only downside of the hotel was the pool. There was a green looking substance on the floor bottom which was not appealing at all."

"The whole experience was horrible. Dirty conditions, loud A/C, loud guests, a manager that was so unprofessional it was hard to believe. We will not return to this hotel again"

"Checked and the room smelled of a strong cleaner product . When we came back to spend our second night there had been no cleaning service. Not even a refill of coffee. We went to the front desk to ask for some for the morning. We have been Diamond members for years but are very disappointed with Hilton since covid. Customer relations are terrible now . Gone are the days when we get greeted as thank you for being Diamond members."
