"Ultimate simplicity. Clean, comfortable. Great location if you want to stay on base. The location many junior officers stay during training."
"Wi-fi is extremely slow, and awful for those working on coursework and need speedy internet. Rooms have a musty smell and there are incidents of leaking and toilet clogging. Room service never vacuums the room. Extremely fragile architecture- can physically feel the vibration from hotel laundry from downstairs as the room will rattle."
"Rooms are decent at best. Furniture and carpet is outdated. Half of the tenant laundry machines are broken or a thousand years old. I’ve been here a few weeks, and on a couple occasions, I’ve received “clean” sheets that smell worse than the ones that were replaced. To top it all off, I killed a large bug (idk what it is) that was crawling on my floor last Saturday morning. If I wasn’t required to stay here, I’d much rather pay for a hotel out in town."
"We're rating on a curve here. You're on a naval base, don't expect a Hilton/Marriott. That being said. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable if a bit dated. I'd definitely stay here again. The rooms aren't soundproof so if a bit (didn't bother me) of noise from nearby rooms and cars tends to bother you, come prepared."
"Wifi is incredibly slow. 300 ping most days if you're lucky. If good connection is desired, ask ahead for a room with cable internet, because not all have it. Half of the laundry machines don't work. If you have to do laundry, you should plan to do it on a day more people aren't doing it. An employee broke the television in my room while I wasn't around, and I was charged nearly 500 dollars to replace it. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly most days they are serviced. Staff was an odd mixture of very helpful on some days, and very short on others. If you are here on extended stay, note that you will not be fronted the money, but will first be paying out of pocket. If you know, you know."
