"do not live here. there are other places that are the same price if not cheaper. do not do it. the worst property management you will ever experience. the landlord is extremely rude and you have to call the office to get a response. I lived here for two years and experienced flooding, mold, rats, bugs, years buildup of dust, and lack of qualified maintenance/ management. when issues arose, my roommates and I had to reach out to the landlord for clarification, and she gave three of three completely different answers. she then told us that "she doesn't want to get involved and we will have to figure it out" ... overall terrible"

"They think it is OK to charge rent for days you are unable to occupy an apartment due to the existing tenant living there. They think they are clever because they date a lease for the first of the month, allow you to take occupancy on the 20th of the month, but demand that you pay rent for an entire month. I don't know about you, but I view this as taking advantage of people, because many of their tenants are college students with little rental experience. If enough people speak up, maybe this unethical behavior will stop."

"Places are falling apart and full of mold and spiders. Staff are all useless, if you can even get in contact with them. They don't answer the phone or return emails. That also try to sneak random fees into your account for made up charges. Also, be sure to double check your lease when renewing because they made us pay for utilities this year that we had for free last year without telling us"
