"Will violate your lease so they can renovate. I've been given two weeks' notice to move units down the street in the middle of winter, no moving fees covered. Mold issues. Sloppy renovations. Sketchy."

"Very sloppy renovations. (Paint of floors, walls, glue on floors, paint on glass door window, etc). Bugs get in under the door do to it not being sealed correctly. They fixed one but never the other and I have asked maintenance man multiple times when I saw him. They are very hard to contact. No one answers the phone most of the time. The heat did not work at first. And now it won’t shut off even though it is set to off. (Part of the sloppy renovation things not working correcting) windows have to stay open or it will get to 78-80 degrees inside. Nails are also all over the road due to construction! I got 3 flat tires due to having nails in my tires! EVERYWHERE! And the construction crew is VERY sloppy!!!!!!! Debris always left out."

"Impossible to get into contact with. your security deposit will be lost because you cannot contact them, and they will continue to charge you on your bill. They are managed by UpRealty now and do a very sketchy business"
