"Where do I start… I lived at Dillon’s place for 4years. The owner focuses on maintaining outside landscaping more than the essential elements of the complex. He’s also very unprofessional and lacks boundaries. Asked me “If I’m seeing anyone”. Furthermore, although the rent is affordable the hallways are filthy, outdated and flat out disgusting. In one of the photos you see baking soda on the ground; I had to do that to reduce the intense smell of urine. Kitchen appliances and cabinets outdated. My unit was on the second floor, I submitted maintenance request several times for mold on my bedroom and kitchen ceiling. I continued to follow up but was always given an excuse. The owner told me it’s a “myth that mold messes with your respiratory system; just use bleach to clean it” Smh. With an extreme lack of empathy. In addition to this, the washing room is unsanitary. Machines have broken parts, mold and grime. I broke out several times after washing my clothes. Another big issue - numerous times my neighbors’ cars were broken into. My car was broken into April 2020. The response is always cameras not working or not able to view the area efficiently. Dillon’s place is a place to start off or simply to avoid homelessness… but it is not a long term home. Well at least not up to my standards. It’s beyond out dated. - personal checks or money orders for rent payments. We’re in 2022 people pay via apps now. FYI Winter months - Parking is bad! And the snow removal process is horrific. They send a text when the plow arrives and then send multiple messages rushing and threatening to tow cars. Although I stuck it out for 4years. I certainly will not look back in that direction."
