Property amenities include a community garden, covered garage, laundry facilities and on-site restaurants. Great initiative!"

"Called office several times to fix heating problem. Office manager always says she will send someone and no one shows. The vents weren't properly cleaned causing some furniture and clothes to be ruined my daughter is also asthmatic they said they'd fix the problem on Monday of next week when I called on Wednesday of this week. It's not the first time Ive called the office for an issue. I've never missed nor made late payments toward my rent, so when a problem occurs I expect them to fix the issue in a timely manner. These people are very negligent."
