"Lived there for two years. Walls are very very thin you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing even sneezing or brushing their teeth. My car was broken into twice. The security camera sucks( good luck trying to see the footage).I wouldn’t live there again. If you don’t mind very very thin walls and your car been broken into then that the place for you. Quiet neighborhood closer to stores and the mall."

"New apartments with central air, big windows, lots of parking spaces, good management, and very reasonable rent. The place is close to a small trail as well. Honestly I found it hard to find better deals in the area and the neighbors are so nice so I’ve been living here a few years now."

"Nice area. My son and husband girlfriend lives here. Polite neighbors very quite. Lots of parking. Always see people moving in. Office staff very helpful. The only thing is my sons car was hit in the parking lot. Right now just waiting to see the tape. Haven't heard anything back yet. Was told the lady who watches it is on vacation. Question, no one else can watch the tape very odd. I hope there us actually footage and not being given the run around. But thus one incident shouldn't bring a cloud over the area."

"The apartments are beautiful on the outside and are in a nice neighborhood. But you can hear each and every conversation/TV playing in the neighboring apartments very easily. I live on 3rd floor and the apartment above me apparently inhabited by someone for 10 yrs. Every time the person walks there is a squeaky sound which wakes you up from sleep ..Several of UCONN residents ( doctors in training) used to live here..but forget about sleeping daytime if you were call overnight.. neighbors above you will keep you awake .....I am extremely disappointed with the thinness of the ceilings and walls. It is extremely frustrating to be constantly woken up and reminded of your neighbors presence . I have to thump several times at 2,3 AM in the morning to remind the person who lives above me for squeaking floor. I am not kidding..the floors make loud squeaky noise and you can trace the step of the person who lives above you!! I am moving out because I can't seem to sleep at night due to this noise.. The maintenance is friendly and responds quickly to requests. Parking is never an issue and there is no safety issues to worry about. The fitness center is ok-no air conditioning, water cooler, tv or restroom attached. If you have a creaky floor and the neighbor who wakes up and walks around several times after midnight... then you are bound to develop serious sleep issue!!"
