"Hello, I have only lived here for months. I never had a problem with the previous people who were in the administration since they always treated me with kindness and always looked for a way to find me a translator, however, the person who is now in the office never does everything possible to offer a translator they need to investigate this office because there is a lot of discrimination on the part of the secretariat they can never help people and everything is with threats that they have a camera but they never see what the packages are stolen I do not recommend this place to anyone to live apart from that always They are harassing you, paying attention to what people do."
"I have been in this building since day one. Yes, the location is great. However, I have watched assistant property managers come and go. Every time we get a good one who cares about the tenants, they leave because of lack of support and caring for us from those higher up. Its more about the dollar than the quality and connection of the people they rent to. The owner/s need to some speak with the tenants because this is crazy. The apartments are not worth what we are paying. Parking that was promised 3+ years ago has not happened. People in this building have real situations going on, some caused by the last management company, but not one higher up is understanding that. safety is a big issue as well as stolen packages. The Police are constantly here. I am to old to be trying to bite my tongue when the property manager is downright disrespectful. I am going to miss Vanessa. Whomever she goes to work for is very lucky. She should have been the manager and not the assistant. Bring her back. We all love her here."
"I moved into the building about a month ago. The property manager, Vanessa, has been nothing but amazing and extremely helpful. She has a TON on her plate considering the waitlist is huge for this building and some people just don’t understand that. The place is very well kept, and as far as parking, we are inner city and they are clearly working with what they have. The parking garage is about a 2 minute walk not even! So far my experience has been great, and the maintance guy is also extremely friendly and on top of things! Thankful for all management does!"
"I would like to know why the apartments are available on the website and when we are going to ask the office, they didn’t even let my husband and I enter the office! The brunette lady spoke to us from the outside and said that there were no apartments available, are they racist? Or do they just let whoever they want to live there? Other than that, we got tired of calling and sending emails and they never answered!"
"Different management left and right. People move in and out here all the time. Management has cameras but does not use them properly. Would blame the wrong people for "breaking" doors when it would be the little kids who are NEVER supervised outside on the weekends. If you see a door that can easily be accessed, why not try to fix it? They made it harder to get in downstairs, so even if you buzz someone in, you still need to come down and let them in through the white doors. If you live with others, communicate about Management being let in because if they come in and need to access the bathroom, bedroom, etc they will walk right in on you without knocking so tell your family to let you know they are in the apartment. The lady in charge now has issues with multiple tenants.. She is not liked. Make sure you have the white card and always make sure you have that from the time you move in until the time you leave. Being inside there multiple times over the past couple months, I saw maintainence once. The price for what they offer is NO WHERE NEAR worth it. Their was suppose to be multiple things on the bottom floor that were promised, still empty. By the way, did they fix that door yet on the other side that you can easily get into? Someone was trying to break into the apartments I guess a couple times.. They probably still haven't fixed that door. I don't know if it's Nats or what but these flying bugs come from the vent and outside the windows. Man that's a huge issue. Parking is a joke, if you have visitors, forget It. No where to park. All the tenants can't even fit in the parking spot they have."
