"Nice apartment building. Smells fresh. Hallways were exceptionally wide and very clean. Elevator was clean. Neighbors were complaining about noise at 5pm on a Saturday. WOW!"

"I love this place, good value, very clean and organized! The people here are great as well. They even have a gym, and full laundry center. A must see, also I love that they have an elevator makes moving in/out a breeze. What's not to like? So conveniently located was off i84, farmington/new britain town line! Like I said don't just take my word for it. If you're in the market for an apartment you need to seriously check this place out."

"Great apartments - very quiet and responsive maintenance people. They clean the lots immediately after snow and do it well (you just have to pay attention to where you can't park when they're doing it!). The complex is well maintained and the property manager is very nice."

"THEY TAKE AWAY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!!! I lived here for four years and these people took away over $800 for a carpet that was in very good condition, it was shampooed every year and had no permanent damage. My experience living there was overall ok considering the price, but I am TOTALLY shocked on how we have been treated after we moved out. We tried to resolve this issue by phone with them but no fair solution. update 10/16/2020, response to owner: Thank you for your message. Just to clarify, when I moved out I was told to leave the keys inside and leave the apartment. I was NOT given the option to see or sign any move out report following your inspection. Instead I was given a checkout list of what I needed to do before moving out, which I completed! I did contact your office soon after I received what was left of my deposit and there was absolutely no intention from your side to revise your decision. Why would you care now, after 11 months? Thank you, but I have moved on from this experience already. Just felt the need to advice others."
