"During our apartment search, I was on a mission to find a suitable space for my growing family. I fell in love - in unit laundry, CENTRAL a/c and heat, free parking, and a wonderful tight-knit community. The maintenance has been extremely prompt to requests, servicing within 24 hours (in my experience). Even the USPS mail agents are extremely kind. Hanh and Melissa were incredible to work with and I was able to get moved in sooner than expected. Working with respectful property management and diligent maintenance teams are essential in apartment living and we are blessed to have the entire package at heritage glen. If I had to think of any negatives - there is the occasional monstrous spider that finds its way into our home. Also, CNG is who provides gas at this complex (its been a frustrating process starting our service with them). Other than that — amazing living space and very happy to be here."
