"Avoid living here if you can. There are a number of issues with the building that have gone consistently unresolved. We've experienced hot water issues for several months, and the building owners have not resolved them. Also, if you look on their website, they claim that the units are have "Programmable thermostats", which is blatantly false, and a misrepresentation of the property. There are thermostats in each unit, but they don't function, and you don't have the ability to control the temperature. In the winter, for example, the heat is building wide, and turns on and off at specific times. It gets extremely hot at night. This has been confirmed by staff on-site at the building."

"I looked at a 2 bedroom which is not a 2 bedroom. No living space and very depressing. $250 a month for electric is ridiculous. I don’t spend that in my 3000 sq foot home. Internet should be included. $ 30 moth for a cat is outrageous considering there is barely any carpet. This is really a hotel. The young girl that showed me the apt was very nice and pleasant"
"This place looks really nice, but I've had a number of issues since moving in. I really want to like this place, but the hot water is consistently unreliable. There are several days in a given month where the hot water goes out in all units. This has been confirmed to me by other residents and staff as an ongoing issue, but nothing has been done to resolve it. It's disappointing, especially considering the cost of rent and utilities. This is not an indictment on the on-site staff. They've been helpful, and they've done everything they can to try to resolve the problem, but it's clear that the ownership group isn't giving them the resources they need to effectively do their jobs."
