"DO NOT RENT HERE I lived there for 4 years, and every now and then there is a "new landlord" that is constituted and buys all the apartments overnight... Very shady and in all cases is the same people with some new faces. When you move out they WILL try to steal your deposit and charge you for some outlandish charges. Im dragging them to court now."

"DON'T RENT HERE-The management(North East property group) of the place is very very bad, i used to live here and the unit has very bad heating and very very drifting windows i tried to put plastic insolation but it didn't work and when i asked from the management to insulate it for me especially when my son got very sick due to that and went to the ICU they didn't reply since the windows very old and can't be insolated and need to be changed so they don't want to do anything, my whole family suffered this winter despite it wasn't that cold. That was the worst experience i got with renting till now and the place manager was very rude."

The recycling bins are located in the center, regular trash bins are located throughout, making recycling a chore. There is no effective way to dispose of large items, parking in the winter is a nightmare, and there has been a spree of auto break-ins recently."
