"Worst CVS I’ve been to in my life. Service is terrible. The staff doesn’t communicate amongst each other so they’re telling people different things. I had surgery this morning and we’re supposed to go pick up my medicine and I had to come back twice just for them to not have my prescription or the wrong prescription And there was about 20 people in line which is just showing how unorganized they are and on top of that I could hear them talking about what my secretary said “ I’m not gonna argue with the secretary” what one of the workers said."

"The drive-thru is closed and has been for over three months so that makes it so u have to go inside and that line, wow, just to get to the counter is so incredibly long. I waited well over an hour for literally a 3 minute interaction to pick up my prescription . Forget about trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy to get a refill you can't do online if u don't already have one. I was on hold for 39 minutes!"

"I had to switch pharmacies last week because CVS was holding a prescription (that I utilize for anxiety) hostage because it could potentially cause withdrawal symptoms. I tried handling the issue and CVS rarely answers their phone... my last dose had been the night previous and I just could not get in contact with them... I, as well as the pharmacy I switched to, couldn't even get in contact with CVS to transfer my prescriptions, so I had to contact my doctors for them to send in new scripts (incredibly aggravating). With that, I've had experiences with it taking weeks for prescriptions to be filled/processed, prescriptions being held and not being contacted about it, long lines, etc. I'd recommend Unity Pharmacy on Whalley Ave in New Haven, truthfully. They're incredibly kind and helpful, they deliver to those in New Haven, and they're a small pharmacy too!"

"Believe the one star reviews about the pharmacy. Long lines are inevitable and messed up orders. I had my package shipped and they lost it! Then told me they couldn’t replace it because my insurance already covered it. You can’t reach them by phone. I checked the app to see if the med my doc called in was ready. It said unavailable check back in 2 days. Not going to cut it so I call to see if I can pick it up at another location. (This is a common medicine that should always be in stock btw and idk who could need it and wait 2 days). I waited on hold for 45 mins. Then drive and wait in line for 30. They can’t help you at the pick up desk. So I have to get in another line. 8 or 9 people working and no one answering my phone call. It’s insanity. I asked ab the phones and was told we can’t answer because we’d never get anything done. The person then canceled my order so I could get it at another location. He didn’t even transfer for it for me! I had to go to the other CVS and take care of that (btw I also called the other location and they said they couldn’t help until this one cancelled and they also told me they can’t reach them by phone- clearly aware of this problem). This place should be closed. Go to jones hill road instead. The difference is night and day. I picked up my medicine immediately- no line and in stock."
