"Not used to having to write a bad review but 2 in 1 month because of big corporate not giving a hoot about customers! In the past 6 months this pharmacy has randomly closed without warning & when I needed to pick-up meds that I needed! 2 weeks ago I got Covid & needed the 5 day meds & cough medicine on a Sat. Clinic ordered Sat a.m. I waited most of the day to get a text saying my meds were ready. Around 5pm went there & pharmacy was closed, again! No notice, no caring that I was desperately sick & needed meds. Took a few hours to transfer to Stratford 24-hour. Last thing you have energy to do when so sick! Then just this past week I ordered refill of another med I take nightly. Gave plenty of time as I still had 5 pills. Online portal after 3 days said I needed to call them. Ever try calling a Walgreens these days? On hold 20 minutes then they hang up?! Seriously?! Finally discovered they were OUT of my med! Gave me 5 & said it'd be in a couple days...again...no notice or anything! They said they never got shipment! After 10 days??? Thanks Walgreens! You forced me to FINALLY go somewhere else with my business! Thank-you S&S Pharmacy for being attentive, answering your phone & helping me get the meds I need! And thanks for being so NICE on the phone! A pleasant experience! Good riddance big corporate Walgreens! I see your downfall coming & deservedly so!"

"Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. The lines are long and slow even with about 7 or more people working back there. The one girl working the counter was not familiar with my transaction. She should have been trained when the line didn't have 20 people waiting. My appointment was over an hour ago. I'm still waiting. Never again in life."

"I had a truly frustrating experience with Walgreens regarding my prescription. My doctor sent the prescription electronically, and I was relieved to see it reflected in my Walgreens online account. However, when I went to the store to pick it up, they claimed they had no record of it. I didn't give up easily and had my doctor resend the prescription. Unfortunately, this led to the same outcome – no prescription available for me. I attempted to reach out to Walgreens multiple times, both in person and over the phone, spending hours waiting for someone to answer my call. To my dismay, no one ever answered or got back to me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I cannot express how disappointed I am with Walgreens' lack of communication and customer service. It's both inconvenient and concerning when a pharmacy can't fulfill a basic function like dispensing prescriptions properly. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using Walgreens for prescription services. The unreliability and the inability to communicate effectively with customers are significant red flags. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who might be considering using their services."

"They refused to honor my vaccine appointment today. I spent 35 minutes on hold with them this morning trying to confirm that they take my insurance, but eventually I had to leave. When I got there, I waited in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes (only three people ahead of me!), and when I got to the window, the staff member told me I wasn't on the list, so they wouldn't give me the vaccine. I showed her the confirmation number, but she told me too bad. They cost me two hours today with nothing to show for it. A family member told me they refused his appointment yesterday, so this is a pattern."
