"One of the employees working the self checkout accused me of stealing and chased me down only to realize her mistake after watching me intently and printing a copy of my receipt to try to prove I was stealing. She was wrong. YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER. ALSO why is there cameras everywhere. Feeling like prison walking into this store. I can’t imagine the racist interactions being had bc of the faulty hyper surveillance."

"Too expensive and wrong prices on wrong products. The lines for checkout are ridiculous when paying double prices. I suggest growing a veggie patch at home and shopping for meat and other things at C-town or Dollar general. Lower your prices!! Also I noticed that they only reply to nice reviews. Horrible behavior. We all matter since we all pay to shop here."

"Yesterday I went to West Haven stop & Shop like every loyal costumer. I self checkout my groceries and pay for a paper bag. No paper bag at the self checkout. I ask the help and they said they were hidding the bags. How shamefull for a corporation that make so much money of custumers and we pay for the paper bags and the staf hides the bags from custumers."

"Expensive.. misleading price tags (I am posting photos with this review).. cash registers open at night to take your money, but customers must come next day for refund/exchanges/corrections.. unfriendly managers .. premade un-fresh sandwiches/sushi/meals/muffins cost more than a restaurant! Hard to carry shopping bags with no handles! The Android app is extremely buggy, kept giving me errors while trying to create an account!"
