Jordan's Too

"We ordered a small pizza, thick crust. The crust was very thin and floppy (picture attached). Also ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and all the spaghetti was chopped up very small. I've eaten at Jordan's before - no problem. The taste is still good but customer care is lacking - if you only have broken spaghetti - let the customer know - I'll change my order. Same with the pizza - if you don't do a thick crust - let me know - I'll change my order. Some common courtesy would go a long way."

"I was always happy with Jordan's customer service and food, but today unfortunately a person answered me on the phone in a rude and disgusting manner. I can't remember his name exactly but it was Nikel or something similar, He refused to give me his last name. Understand something. I'm a Customer paying for my food so that’s where your salary comes from this person should have more education, the phone was in perfect condition because I could hear him very well. His excuse was the phone wasn’t working anyways He has no right to have mistreated me in that way. I demand more respect. The food as always very good."

"This place is a haven for Greek pizza enthusiasts! The flavors are simply outstanding. Don't miss out on the incredible Pella salad, which comes in a delightful bread bowl. And guess what? They even offer their delectable salad dressing for purchase in bottles. A must-visit."

"Friendly staff on the phone and fast delivery service, however, the food quality is OK.  The pizza most of the time is overcooked, and the Mozzarella sticks are often very greasy.  The plus is that it's the same menu as the primary Jordan's Pizza on Westport Ave but not the same food quality.  Decent, but not great."
