"I was a long time patron of Diamond Deli (New Canaan Ave Days). The last time I bought a Grilled Chicken Wrap for lunch, I paid $8. I was definitely caught off guard when it was almost $40 for 2 wraps. The Food was great as usual. Definitely thought prices were nuts thou. I was actual going to leave a review that reflected the costs. I also read that there were new owners. However, just before I was about to write my review while waiting, the Original Owner came out from the back to great me, - he is the best - without knowing what I was about to write, he began explaining to me how much his/their prices have gone thru the roof and even at their current prices, its so tough for them to make money. The new owners should take notes on the value of customer relationships and maybe promote some better explanations to help explain their costs especially when someone questions things. I will go back and buy again."

"Honestly so impressed with Diamond’s! I know they’re under new management, and this was my first visit, so I can’t speak to any changes the restaurant may have made. All I know is that I was in carb heaven during my dinner here! The pepperoni knots, pizza, and pasta were all delicious, and my mind was blown by the Piezone. Absolutely incredible! The lemon butter sauce on the chicken francese was delicious too, and I loved the summer salad my friend and I shared. Diamond’s gives diner vibes with breakfast all day and a variety of Greek and Italian specialities on the menu. If I lived in the area, I could see myself coming here pretty frequently!"

"Best Italian food in the neighborhood. Great service... parking in the back ... many food choices... all good and fresh. Plastic wall separating the tables. Salad, bread and entrees were delicious. Chicken wings were very tasty with delicious chipotle bbq sauce."
