"Really disappointed. The betta fish are all dying in the tiny containers they are forced to rot in. the employees threw out an huge number of them in the past two days. It’s inhumane . Also I came into the store Friday around 5:15 and the man that helped me with fish tanks for two minutes then ran to register bc he said he was the only one working but then started unpacking boxes instead of coming back to help me with my questions. What’s really upsetting is every product regarding fish on their site all have terrible reviews. I’m not sure why petco doesn’t stand by their name and offer quality over quantity. Nothing they sell has adequate reviews to the point that they shouldn’t be selling these products. I wish I could speak to a higher up and explain what terrible experience it is as a customer."
