"I drove half an hour to take our new puppy for a grooming appointment that I made yesterday. When I got there today for a 3:00 appointment the man at the front desk told me there wasn’t a 3:00 appointment. When I explained that when I called yesterday the girl booked it for 3:00 today and his response was “I was at the front all day yesterday.” He was very unprofessional and zero effort was made to accommodate me. Very disappointing experience."
"Kristen has been my golden retriever's groomer for several years. She's terrific! Lucy is groomed by her throughout the year with special puppy cuts for summer. Takes a few weeks to get an appointment with her so plan ahead!"
