"Front desk staff is friendly and pleasant, when they are around. I just waited 15 minutes at the front desk and no one acknowledged my presence. I gave up and went back to my room. Housekeeping is terrible. The remove trash and used linens and do not restock anything. I have had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper after housekeeping has been to the room. That is if they even come by to clean. One day I left and came back to a do not disturb sign hung on my door, the one for my room was still inside the room, the housekeeping staff decided they didn't want to do their job so they hung their own do not disturb sign to avoid cleaning the room. Why is there no staff working at this hotel?"

"We had to book a room because we lost electricity at our house. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and understanding. She made sure we had toiletries we needed and gave us a quiet room. We really appreciate the excellent service during a stressful time. Highly recommend."

"The woman who checked us in was great. The location was awesome, the room was clean, but the shower was moldy( housekeeping probably doesn't replace grout and showerheads), and the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable."

"Not going to lie. The reviews I read had me looking for another hotel to book, however it was too late for the charge. So going there I had low hopes and mentally prepared myself for the worst. However it wasn't as bad as the reviews YES the hotel most definitely needs an upgrade and the pool is a tad bit cloudy but the hotel is clean. The person who check me in was nice friendly and professional all with a smile. The room was also clean and the towels was plenty and display lovely. The shower plumbing need some tighten but it was okay. The outside of the hotel is nice grass well manicure and pretty. So in short give them a try and hopefully your stay will be pleasant."
