"I have used pet supplies plus for over 4 yrs for my furbaby and have always had a great experience. Today I had a pickup order and the store called to notify me that certain items were no longer available. They gave the option to substitute by coming in or refund. The guy then said he could pick out some replacement items. I agreed to that and I have to say he picked even better ones then I did. I greatly appreciate him staying with in the amount I spent already and the discount to the one item that wasn't on sale. Psp is highly recommended"

The team there was super friendly super welcoming and I have to say that Riley was absolutely amazing! She greeted us asked us how she could help, asked us about our aquarium at home as well as our other pets and helped us pick four of the best and newest additions to our fish family. In the past two years I have not found more incredible customer service or quality and affordable fish at any other nearby pet store. Highly recommend!"

"Supercenter for mostly everything you need for your animals . I came in looking for a lilly pad but couldn't find one, but as I was browsing, I saw a worker; she helped me find something similar. As you look around, their are things for dogs, cats, fish,lizards, and fish; the list can go on and on. It was a nice clean store that was welcomed when I walked in."
