"The rooms are filthy and damaged .. chore boy littered the stained carpet that my slippers stuck to. Toilet seat broken .. sink leaked... Closet broken... Then I was blamed for the damage. Unsanitary mattress. Disgusting should be closed"

"This place has been the worst I have stayed in, I do not recommend it at all, super dirty carpets, beds with animals, the bathroom with broken pipes and here those animals that can bite people such as spiders,centipedes, cockroaches and bugs .My husband and I are very indignant that the rooms are super expensive and the service they offer is deplorable. Here you have to clean the room yourself, something I had never seen in any motel, and about taking the sheets and comforters to the laundry so they can give you new ones and making your own bed, the customer service is the worst. The reception staff varies between bad and good, but the worst of all is the manager, a tall black man, he is super rude and is always right about everything, racist and really be very careful with this guy because in the end everything you say to him It doesn't matter to him, no matter how much you complain to the owners, they never do anything to fire this guy. And truly, one of the worst experiences, never go with your family there, otherwise you want to go through the hell that my friends and family are experiencing. We were just looking for a good place to stay and it was truly the WORST mistake we made. Here I attach some images so you can see the conditions of the motel. If I could I would give this place 0 stars."

"Latina girl at front desk was rude. The white lady and black man who had checked me in when i first got there told me if i smoke cigarettes go outside and smoke and anything else open window. I paid for a smoking room. The room had burnt spots in the blankets and tables, the toilet couldnt flush. Carpet was filthy. Do not recommend."

"Traveled here on a business trip, the location and staff were great. However, the state of the room was not. There was ripped up carpet and exposed wires from a missing bathroom fan. The bed was pretty dirty under the sheets (loose hair, etc.). Needless to say, I slept on top of the sheets with clothes on for protection. My window was held together with tape. Furniture was falling apart, the bed was also very lumpy, and the floor was extremely dirty. The one upside to the room was the A/C, and the heat unit worked very well."

"The carpet had stains and holes. I don't think they had a vacuum when they "cleaned" the room. The walls had holes that had been fixed with duct tape. We had to fix the curtains because they were hanging off the window. All of the outlets in the room were loose and sketchy. Plus, the stench of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. In addition, the front door didn't want to open, so you had to persuade it open with our shoulders, and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and then patched back together. The room also had roaches. There are lots of permanent guests, which is odd for a motel. Although the motel was poorly maintained and rather disgusting, the front desk staff was friendly. I realize this is a two-star motel, but they should have a little money in their budget to put into repairs or upkeep."
