"I went yesterday for a wash, cut and blow out. My hair dresser was nice and the space was clean. However, I (had) waist length hair we agreed to take off 2 inches. She cut my hair to my bra line, way more than the 2 inches we agreed on. I asked for long layers. I have no clue what she gave me. I straightened my hair this morning and my "layeres" look terrible. My "face framing" doesnt blend with the rest of my hair. My hair use to be where my hand is on my back. This is the shortest my hair has ever been. I'm very disappointed. I can't believe I have to celebrate my 25th with hair like this."

I asked if she was gonna use the round brush and she said that my hair was too long?¿ every salon I’ve been to, never had that problem. She used an iron and did whatever pattern she wanted. I was so disappointed, I had to go back to my hotel and re do my hair. The picture on the left was done by the hair stylist, which I think was Cindy? She had short red hair with glasses and the picture on the right was done by me. Can’t believe I spent $30"

"During the consultation in the beginning I didn’t think Dan really knew what I meant, but I figured he knew what he was doing so even if it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, it would be great. I’ve left happy before (a few years ago) well boy was I wrong! I have the most horrible, uneven “balayage” color. It is blotchy in places. And it is ORANGE. It’s so terrible that I haven’t taken my hair out of a bun since getting it done! I have an appt at another salon to get it fixed. Sad I wasted that much money during a pandemic and now will have to spend who knows how much more to get it fixed!"
